Shipping & Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days and is valid only in the United States for products sold in the United States. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To qualify for a refund, all the following conditions must be met:
Returned product(s) must be in good physical condition, as determined in the sole discretion of Kapture (not physically broken or damaged). The Product may not be altered or modified (e.g., to alter functionality or capability) in any way.
All accessories and packaging originally included with your purchase must be included with your return.
Proof-of-Purchase must be included with your return.
No Kapture reseller, agent, or employee is authorized to make any modification, extension, or addition to this Policy. If any term is held to be illegal or unenforceable, the legality or enforceability of the remaining terms shall not be affected or impaired.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com and send your item to: 1776 Mentor Ave; Attn: Kapture; Cincinnati OH; 45212.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Shipping and handling charges, gift wrap fees, and taxes paid (e.g., state, customs, VAT) are not refundable. You are responsible for and must prepay all shipping charges and you shall assume all risk of loss or damage to the Product while in transit to Kapture. If you return Product to Kapture without all parts included in the original package, Kapture retains the right to either refuse delivery of such return or charge you a restocking fee of 15% of the original price of the product or the retail value of the missing accessories, whichever is higher. Refunds will be processed and paid within six (6) weeks of Kapture’s receipt of Product.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
